- Through Maple/Inkblot, Augustana students can connect with a Canadian licensed therapist, general practitioner, or medical provider for care from their phone.
- Group therapy
- Group therapy offers students a supportive, confidential space to connect with peers facing similar challenges while learning practical mental health skills.
- Individual therapy (short term)
- Goal-oriented, short-term individual therapy providing ongoing support for students managing mental health concerns through multiple scheduled sessions.
- Individual therapy (single session)
- Fast, focused individual support in a 50-minute session to help students address a single primary concern and move forward with a clear plan.
- Consult a physician about mental health support
- Confidential mental health consultations with a University Health Centre physician, including assessment, guidance, and referrals to on-site or external supports.
- Occupational therapy services
- Supporting students with personalized strategies to overcome physical, mental, sensory, and environmental barriers to daily functioning and academic success.
- Counselling & psychological assessment (by graduate psychology students)
- Non-emergency counselling and psychological assessments for all ages, offered by graduate psychology students in the Faculty of Education for substantially lower rates.

- Mental health spaces run by students in the Department of Occupational Therapy to help Rehabilitation Medicine students decrease anxiety and regulate stress levels.
