What to Expect
OAATT offers reliable, timely access to a single-session therapy appointment with qualified clinicians, providing focused support and clear next steps. Appointments are available year-round, with new times opening daily, and students are expected to complete pre-session requirements, attend as scheduled, and actively engage in the session.
Sessions follow four phases:
- Preparation: Pre-session reflection on concerns, strengths, and goals
- Goal Setting: Identify a realistic, attainable outcome for the session
- Exploration: Develop next steps using skills, strengths, and resources
- Action: Leave with a clear plan to implement after the session
