UAPS Lost & Found (North Campus)

The Lost and Found offered by U of A Protective Services helps students, staff, and campus visitors locate items lost at the University of Alberta. Individuals can visit the UAPS office in person or call ahead to check if their item has been turned in. Accepted items are securely stored for 30 days before being donated or disposed of. Identification is required for item pickup.

How to Access

To access the lost & found during opening hours, either:
• Visit the UAPS office in the Education Car Park
• Call the lost & found number at 780-492-2943
To report lost property, either:
• Bring it to the UAPS office
• Return the item by campus mail
• Call UAPS at 780-492-5050 to request the item be picked up (for valuables only)

September - April: Monday - Friday: 8:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.
May - August: Monday - Friday: 8 a.m. - 4 p.m.

What to Expect

Lost items will be retained for a 30-day period. Unclaimed items will be disposed of after that period in accordance with UAPS disposal procedures.
