Report non-academic student misconduct

This service addresses concerns about student behaviour that falls outside of academic misconduct under the Student Conduct Policy. Individuals can submit complaints to Student Success and Experience, which intakes complaints and refers them to investigation if they are determined to meet the required criteria. Individuals are supported in understanding their options before proceeding, and are connected to appropriate campus resources, including safety, advocacy, and wellbeing supports. Once the investigation is complete, an investigation report is sent to Student Conduct and Accountability, who makes decisions through a fair and impartial process that may include meetings or hearings with involved parties, about whether there has been a violation of the Student Conduct Policy and if so, what sanction is appropriate.
