Public computer workstations at the Library
Public computer workstations and campus wireless network connection are available at University of Alberta Library locations to support research and study. Windows-based PC computers are located throughout our library locations and are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Workstations provide access to a wide range of academic, research, and accessibility software, including Microsoft Office, statistical tools, GIS applications, and assistive technologies such as screen readers and text-to-speech programs. Computer labs are also available at select locations. For more advanced processing and computing needs, we also have bookable high performance computers at the Digital Scholarship Centre.
