Free, personalized nutrition consultations with a registered dietitian are available to students by appointment at the University Health Centre, offering tailored support for healthy eating, meal planning, weight management, and nutrition-related health concerns through in-person or phone sessions.

How to Access

1. Contact the UHC at 780-492-2612 or email hws@ualberta.ca to book an appointment (select an in-person or phone consultation).
2. Attend the scheduled appointment for a consultation with a registered dietitian.

September - April: Monday - Friday: 8:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m
May - August: Monday - Friday: 8:30 a.m. - 4 p.m.
Closed 12 - 1 p.m.
