Medication review

A one-on-one consultation with a pharmacist to review your medications, ensure they are safe and effective, and support your treatment goals. The pharmacist assesses all medications and provides personalized recommendations. Appointments are booked online, with a questionnaire completed in advance to prepare for the visit.

Book a Medication Review appointment online, then attend the scheduled appointment to receive pharmacist recommendations.

September - April: Monday - Friday: 8:30 a.m. - 5 p.m.
May - August: Monday - Friday: 8:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.
