  • Mask fit test (groups)

How to Access

• For individual fit tests, purchase a slot from the online store.
• For group fit tests, faculties or programs can fill out the Booking Form to set up a group booking.
You must have a CCID to book a test. Within 20 minutes of your appointment, ensure you are clean shaven, and do not eat, drink, smoke, vape, chew gum, or brush your teeth. Bring a bottle of water (to rinse your mouth), your receipt, and photo ID to the appointment.

What to Expect

An appointment takes approximately 15–20 minutes, during which students are tested with a respirator and a bitter/sweet solution, as well as learning how to properly put on and take off a mask and conduct seal checks. Upon successful completion of the test, the student will receive a certificate that is valid for up to two years or when major physical changes occur.

Cost

Fees apply. See booking for details.

Cancellations must be done no less than 48 hours before the appointment; a restocking fee will apply. Changing a scheduled appointment must be done no less than 7 days before the appointment and is at the discretion of the mask fit testing team.
