Gender-Affirming Healthcare provides student-centred, inclusive health, mental health, and support services for trans, non-binary, and gender-diverse individuals, including hormone therapy, referrals, social transition support, and navigation of campus and community resources.

What to Expect
Students receive respectful, confidential care during clinic hours. Access depends on availability, with consistent clinical support, clear guidance, appropriate referrals, and ongoing medical and mental health support.Cost
No charge for serviceSpecial Conditions
- New patients must start with a drop-in visit and services depend on clinical assessment and provider availability
- Medical records must align with provincial health card requirements, and wait times or additional costs may apply for medications, surgeries, or external services
- There is no direct cost for appointments at the University Health Centre, as physician visits are covered by Alberta Health Care for eligible students; additional costs may apply for medications or external services not covered by provincial or student health plans
