Find or advertise volunteering services (Volunteer Registry)

Service offered by U of A Students' Union (UASU)

The Volunteer Registry is an online platform that connects University of Alberta students with volunteer opportunities on campus and in the community. It provides a centralized space where students can search current listings based on their interests, availability, and goals. Volunteering helps students build skills, gain experience, develop leadership abilities, and contribute to their community. Students can explore a variety of roles with student groups, campus programs, and community organizations. The platform also features a “Volunteering on Campus” video that highlights regular opportunities available at the U of A and helps students learn more about getting involved. Organizations and student groups can post volunteer opportunities to recruit participants. The Volunteer Registry is free to use and accessible online, making it easy for students to find meaningful ways to get involved and make a positive impact.
