Find a safe space to talk (Peer Support Centre)

Service offered by U of A Students' Union (UASU)

The Peer Support Centre (PSC) is a Students’ Union service that provides a safe, confidential, and non-judgemental space to talk. Trained peer volunteers offer supportive listening, crisis management, and referrals to on- and off-campus resources. No issue is too big or too small. The PSC empowers individuals to explore their own situations and identify next steps without offering advice, while promoting mental health awareness and community connection on campus.
