Crisis management leadership workshops
The Office for Emergency Management facilitates workshops on crisis management leadership. These workshops help students and interested staff understand the dynamic nature of leadership roles in a crisis simulation, including the ability to take initiative within one's role and develop strategies and processes in a rapidly changing environment with limited information.
