Community education workshops (Student Ombuds)

The Office of the Student Ombuds offers educational sessions and workshops on topics including students' rights, conflict resolution, communication, and bias & discrimination. These are offered on request to groups and classes, including students and staff.

There are two ways to get in contact with the Ombuds to ask a question and/or request an appointment:

In-person services are only available from September to April.

Hours of Operation
September - April: Monday - Friday 8:30 a.m. - 5 p.m.
May - August: Monday - Friday 8 a.m. - 5 p.m. (no in-person services)

Special Conditions

Available to all students, including undergraduates, graduates, students on placements or practicums, medical residents, postdoctoral fellows etc.
