Pre-Bargaining Session – September 26, 2017
As you might already know the GSA will be entering negotiations this fall with the University for the next Graduate Student Assistantship Collective Agreement. As such, the GSA Labour Relations Committee (GSA LRC) has been at work over the summer to review the current Collective Agreement and discuss possible asks.
The GSA now invites Academically-Employed Graduate Students (Graduate Teaching Assistants, Research Assistants, Graduate Research Assistantship Fellowship holders, and Short Term Academically Employed graduate students) to attend an information session to review the work of the GSA LRC and get your feedback as we develop an opening position.
September 26, 2017 at 10 AM
1-16 Triffo Hall
Please RSVP here if you would like to attend this session. RSVPs are appreciated but not required.
The Office of the Registrar is currently in the process of developing a new online application tool for the needs-based funding programs which will replace the current Supplementary Bursary application system.
The old Supplementary Bursary application will be unavailable while the new tool is being developed; therefore, Supplementary Bursaries will not be available to students until the new tool has launched, in Fall 2017.
The Office of the Registrar will provide information when they have further details about the new application tool launch date.
For updates please check the Bursaries webpage or contact Student Financial Support at 492-1833.
